Abstract
Kampala International University (KIU) is Client-Centered, caring for an academic
community preparing students to be service leaders in a global society. It offers courses
leading to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees through traditional and non-traditional
delivery systems. An integral part of KIU, The IBML is the treasure house of human knowledge. It is the
intellectual hub of the university that supports study, teaching, research and social
information needs. The policy document provide details that govern the library lady to day operations.
