Abstract: The topic of the study will be to determine the impact of leadership styles on performance of workers of kakira sugar works (1985) ltd. The subjects to be involved in this study will be the employees and management. The researcher will involve two middle managers and two senior managers as well as ten employees. The researcher will carry out this study in kakira sugar works (1985) ltd because the company has good information that will be vital to the researcher. The objectives of the study will be to; -To establish the response of workers of kakira sugar works towards the different leadership styles. -To determine the relationship between the leadership styles and the performance of workers in kakira sugar works (1985) ltd. -To ascertain the level of performance of workers in kakira sugar works (1985) ltd. The instruments that will be used by the researcher are the questionnaire, interview schedules. The researcher will use questionnaire instrument because it provides average information on the study. The interview method will be used because it’s cheap and saves time. Data will be collected and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively by use of frequency, percentages and narrative representation respectively then later it will be presented in tables for interpretation
