Abstract
The study was conducted with the the researcher intention of identifying the root causes of poor academic performance of county high school in National examination i.e. K.C.S.E. and to provide remedies to curb the problem. In this case the researcher aim was to answers to the following questions (a) What are the causes of poor academic performance in County High School? and how can these causes be solved in order to improve performance in County school?
