Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the Type of Management Style and Work Efficiency in selected Telecommunication companies, the study was guided by four objectives: To determine the demographic characteristics of the respondents, To find out the Type of Management Style exists in the selected Telecommunication companies, to determine the level of Employee Work Efficiency in the selected Telecommunication companies and to establish whether there is a significant relationship between the Management Style and the level of Employee Work Efficiency in the selected Telecommunication companies. The study was conducted through descriptive survey and correlation research design, quantitative approach with a questionnaire and includes 110 respondents from selected Telecommunication companies in Mogadishu, Somalia. The first objective the researcher indicated that the whole of the Telecommunication companies was dominated by men. The second objective showed that the Type of management Style exist in the selected Telecommunication companies is fair as the mean showed 2.25. The third objective indicated that the levels of Employees Work Efficiency in selected Telecommunication companies are also somehow fair as presented the mean 2.19. The researcher found through the study that Management Styles and Work Efficiency of Selected Telecommunication companies are significant correlated, and the relationship between them is strong relationship. Overall, the researcher found that the selected telecommunication companies don’t systematically communicate and clearly stated the policies and procedures of the companies, and also, they have no process that each person of the employees flows. All in the entire researcher recommended that the Telecommunication companies have to train their employees and treat with good manners
