President Yoweri Museveni has donated a 16 - seater van as teaching aid to Iganga Technical Institute. Racheal Anamo, the Vice Guild President, said the donation is timely to help alleviate learning aid shortages at the shortages at the tertiary institution. " We appreciate the donation. It stands out from the rest of the cars because it has modern features," Anamo said on Monday.
