Abstract
The study was intended to investigate the relationship between climate change and tourism development in the selected conservation areas in western -Uganda. The objectives of the study were to determine the respondents profile in terms of age, gender, level of education, I marital status and experience, to establish the level of effectiveness of climate change in selected conservation area, to determine significant relationship between climate change and tourism development in the selected conservation Areas-Uganda. To achieve the above objectives, the researcher collected primary data and secondary data. The researcher used descriptive analysis and used a sample size of 500 and was determined by formulae of solven, and 3 selected conservation areas in Western -Uganda, who were selected using purposive sampling and stratified random technique. The research findings showed that Climate change and tourism development at the selected conservation areas of Western -Uganda are generally good.
