| dc.description.abstract | Due to the changes in the levels of technology (ICT) in the World today, KFLtd has found a need to improve on its existing record management system so as to meet the increasing demand of the customers. The problem with the current existing paper file system is that there is a lot of paper records being kept thus loss of records due to increased number of customers which has resulted in the company incurring losses arid difficulty in tracing the right number of products demanded by the customers.
