Yesterday morning, the Vice - chancellor of Busitema University Prof Mary Okwakol handed over the instruments of power to a new leader as she heads for retirement. Over the last decade, Okwakol has been at the centre of turning around the fortunes of the university. The Institution is located on the main Jinja - Tororo highway in Busia District.
