dc.description.abstractThis paper focuses on the right to a clean and health environment as provided for under the laws of Uganda. The researcher makes an insight to the fact that although government has made progress in environmental laws, implementation remains a challenge in enforcing environmental law in Uganda; success and challenges wherein this right has been enjoyed are discussed in detail with an assessment of the legal and institutional framework that is mandated to promote the enjoyment of this right the paper concludes by giving recommendations that can be adopted if the right to a clean and health environment is to be enjoyed fully.en_US
