The study focused on "Analysis of diplomatic immunity in relation to crimes committed by diplomatic officials". The purpose of the study is to pinpoint the inadequacies of the principle of diplomatic immunity a critical look at the law on diplomatic immunity principle and whether this principle in the modern age and era of human rights can be sustained. The study is intended to add on the literature over the subject and suggest plausible alternatives and adulation that can be incorporated in the law to make it more effective while reducing its vulnerability to being used as a tool for committing diplomatic crimes.en_US
