The objectives were to establish the relationship between teacher attitude and girl child education. The study also examined the impact of learner's attitude towards learning science. The study used across -sectional survey design to analyze both quantitative and qualitative. The researcher collected data from 3 schools with a population of 150 respondents. The researcher used a questionnaire instrument, observation and interview guide to collect data. The findings indicated that learners attitude has a major impact on performance of science in standard four due to poor attitude of the learners the findings indicated high rate of failure in sciences. The findings also indicated that the majority of the learners do not want to take sciences due to biasness hence greatly affecting performance of sciences. The researcher recommended that the school should encourage learners to take on science course because it is very important and easy like any other subject. The schools should also make science course a must in standard four to encourage learners take on such subjects.en_US
