This study focused on Leasing and collateral issue in financial institutions. A case study of Commercial bank of Rwanda (BCR) head office. Leasing has been introduced in Rwanda as one of means to increase availability of fund to young entrepreneurs who, especially, are limited by condition of possessing collateral and other relevant requirements imposed by financial institutions.
