dc.description.abstract | This study focused on Leasing and collateral issue in financial institutions. A case study of Commercial bank of Rwanda (BCR) head office. Leasing has been introduced in Rwanda as one of means to increase availability of fund to young entrepreneurs who, especially, are limited by condition of possessing collateral and other relevant requirements imposed by financial institutions. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate whether the application of that service, since five years ago, has overcome that limitation mentioned above. | en_US |
