Chapter four provides thc details of findings and interpretations such as general characteristics of respondents. challenges faced with COSASE and solutions to such challenges to the performance of public sector organizations. Chapter five gives details of findings on observation guide, conclusions, and recommendations. But lastly, the report also gives the references and appendices.en_US
