Abstract
This study was carried out in Wareng teacher SACCO Ltd. in Kenya. The study was aimed at finding out the information computer technology and organization performance. The problem statement was to examine and analyze the different impact of the application of information computer technology to the overall management of organization in terms of individual and overall organization performance. The objectives of this study are to find out the challenge organization face while applying information computer technology as tool of performance. This study assesses comparative advantages information computer have over manual system in business settings. It finds out how organization copes up with the challenges as they apply information computer technology. This study employed descriptive research design which researcher seeks to establish cause effects relationship between variable. This study revealed the following findings: in security is the main challenges organization face while applying information computer technology as a tool of performance, the advantage of information computer technology over manual method is that it reduces cost reduction. It was evident that management training was ideal method organization use to cope up with the challenges of information computer technology.
