Abstract
The purpose of study was to examine the relationship between Supply Chain Management
systems and service delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda. It was guided by three objectives. These
are; to examine the level of Supply chain Management in Hospitals in Rwanda, to establish the
level of service delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda and to establish the relationship between Supply
Chain Management systems and service delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda. The study took the
form of a quantitative descriptive correlational design using a correlation analysis to establish the
strength and direction of relationships between Supply chain management systems and Service
delivery in hospitals in Rwanda. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 125
respondents. The researcher found out that the overall level of supply chain management was
high. It also found out that the overall level of service delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda was high.
The result shows that there is a positive relationship between supply chain management and
service delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda. Therefore this led to the rejection of the null hypothesis
meaning that that there is a relationship between Supply Chain Management systems and service
delivery in Hospitals in Rwanda.
