dc.description.abstractThe study was carried out to establish the contributions of married women in administration of primary schools in Mbarara District. It addressed the challenges imposed by family roles on married women administrators as they execute their career-oriented responsibilities. Motherhood, child caring and house – hold chores were the family roles while time management, supervision and discipline were the variables for administrative roles of interest in the study.en_US
