Since this had been a descriptive study, the research analyzed data and quantified them in percentages which made comparison quite realistic and easy to understand. The results indicated among other things that; There was no democratic leadership management in private schools. Motivation as a factor that reinforces human labor to perform better was not given a priority Teachers discipline and welfare was not considered at all but the students indiscipline was seen cultivated in private schools.
