dc.description.abstract | Copy rights law as a branch of intellectual property has attracted need for protection of holder"s rights. However, the law has restricted the enjoyment of these rights by the holders by establishing and subjecting them to certain exceptions. As a result consumers of works by the copyright holders can obtain such works without prior permission of the rights holders. This has paved way for various cases of infringement of these rights. The research is based on the fact that there are various stakeholders to enable the protection of these rights yet there is still continued copyright infringement due to many reasons. | en_US |
