dc.description.abstractThe hospitality Industry is a dynamic Business characterized by constant activity and change. Which means for a hotel to gain its market share, it has to accommodate change and manage its activities efficiently. This industry is known to deal with services and products that are both tangible and intangible in nature that are highly competitive. For that matter, for a hotel to be competitive it has not only to concentrate on the satisfaction of its customers, but also provide good services to satisfy its customers. Customer satisfaction can be gained in a 1-lotel through improving service quality which involves well planned schedules and good organization within its management. Having satisfied customers should not necessarily mean ignoring the employee’s needs, a balance of needs have to be met through proper communication and organization. In this study, we look at an Event Management System which provides computerized management and organization of events.en_US
