dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted as a requirement for the partial fulfillment for the award of Bachelors of Economics and Applied Statistics at Kampala international University. The study was aimed at analyzing wages and labor productivity at HR and Management Agency in time. The literature review shows the level of productivity, measurement of productivity, different theories explaining wage effect just to mention a few. The study used secondary data from the organization for the analysis. The major findings include: Wages was linked to the overall strategy of improving labor productivity for unskilled employees and general employees, The organization labor productivity has increase significantly with time since 1997 to 2004. This was attributed to increase in wages of most employees of the organization. The study findings also indicated labor productivity has a positive trend in time series. At most there was no significant relationship between wages of unskilled employees and labor productivity while, this means that other factors that affect productivity for both general employees and unskilled employees had more significant effect on labor productivity than wages.en_US
