Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires as well as by using various archive sources. For this to happen, some staff members of the MoFEA SACCO were interviewed and questioned. The system in question was implemented by following a client — server Architecture, using ORACLE Database I Og Release 2 (10.2) for Windows (32-Bits), which was chosen due to its exceptional availability, scalability, reliability, and security as compared to other DBMS’s. The study concludes and recommends that this new system is technical, economical and operational feasible for the MoFEA SACCO. This system is capable of capturing data efficiently, store data effectively and give out quality output as desired.
