Teachers should be encouraged to train for science subjects to fill the gap of limited teachers. Scholarships can be provided so that those who cannot afford training services benefit. Communities should be encouraged to start income generating activities which would provide more disposable income to families and enable them to acquire essential goods and services, including education The government and other relevant organizations and institutions should provide academic scholarships and bursaries aimed at keeping children from disadvantaged families in school especially those who perform well in school.
