Abstract
The researcher used questionnaires to collect data. The list of questions was derived from the objectives of the study. The questions were categorized in four, those inquiring on respondent profile, those that deal with the level of teachers~ performance and those dealt with the learning materials. The study utilized descriptive correlation survey research design and data were collected from 168 respondents. The researcher analyzed the data using Statistics Programme for Social Sciences summing them using simple and complex frequency table, later computed relative frequencies, mean, Pearson Liner Correlation coefficient and regression. The study found out that majority of the respondent were assistant teachers, with teaching experience of more than ten years who 0-level holders were meaning that the teachers are experienced and capable of making pupils pass well in academic. Learning materials have positive effect on the performance. Teacher’s performance depended on learning material. Researcher suggested Ministry of Education to provide learning materials and assist parents to see the need for provision. The researcher recommends for teachers, parents workshops to enlighten them on education performance.
