dc.description.abstract | The efficiency of an organization depends directly on how capable its personnel and well they are motivated to work In most cases organizations have failed to realize their predetermined objectives due to the fact that these companies don't attach much importance to training. The study was therefore carried to establish the impact of training towards raising the performance standards of the employees and its meant to benefit different categories of people as human resource managers, business proprietors, students pursuing management related courses and the human resource consultants The data jaws collected using questionnaire. It was analyzed, presented using percentages and ratios and the, findings were discussed Also in l of the findings the researcher drew some recommendations for the company and finally made conclusions basing on the findings. | en_US |
