Learning difficulties is a great hindrance to the development of a child's education level as well as the educational system as a whole. In the world today every nation, tribe or family is affected in one way or the other by the learning difficulties. Many learners with general or specific learning experience problems in reading English. These diversities range from inability to spell words correctly, inability to pronounce words co1Tectly to speaking of language itself. As a result of inability to read in English, these learners get demotivated, discouraged and demoralized to learn. It is for this reason at the researcher investigated the causes, effects and suggests the solution to these problems.en_US
