dc.description.abstract | The integration of data analytics in school management is transforming decision-making processes and enhancing educational outcomes. This paper explores the significance of data analytics in optimizing school operations, student performance, and resource allocation. The study highlights the types of data analytics—descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive and their application in identifying trends, forecasting behaviors, and recommending interventions. Furthermore, the challenges of data integration, privacy concerns, and infrastructure limitations are discussed, alongside best practices for implementation. By adopting data analytics, schools can foster informed, evidence-based decision-making, leading to improved educational management and student success. | |
