In addition the women positions are still very few which lowers their participation in country activities, added on challenges like rigid customs and cultures, Political instability, illiteracy, poverty tribalism and Husbands who became a problem to their wives. Where women leaders have tried to support local colleagues, you find that the challenges are many thus affecting their performance. The challenges range from rigid traditions, poor men attitude, poverty, illiteracy, ignorance of own rights and lack of examples to emulate. The researcher recommended that raining programs should be initiated that target pastoralist women, either by providing short courses during the months when the pastoralist communities are settled close to the villages or by employing mobile training units such that no tribe or group of people is left out during this period of revolution. In the conclusion the researcher suggested that that women are vital in development of a country, especially through politics and their involvement really affects the fellow local women in all aspects of life be it social, economic and political spheres'
