dc.description.abstractThe study will be on the impacts of job satisfaction on labor turnover. Kakira Sugar Works will be used as a case study. The major purpose of the study will be to establish the impacts of job satisfaction on labor turnover in Kakira sugar works - Jinja District. In order to fulfill the purpose of the study, the researcher will seek to meet the following objectives: to find out the impact of job satisfaction on voluntary turnover; to find out the impacts of job satisfaction on involuntary turnover, and to establish the relationship between job satisfaction and labor turnover. The researcher will use both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection. 60 employees will participate in the study as respondents. Questionnaires, interviews and observations will be used as instruments of data collection.en_US
