dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study aims at investigating factors that can improve multinational companies performance regardless of the host country constraints. The researcher applied longitudinal design in the collection of data out of population of 40 respondents, a sample size of 36 respondents was used. The research findings show that there are many constraints that affect the performance of multinational companies and they include political, economic, socio, cultural, legal, technological and environmental factors. The researcher also found out ways of improving host country conditions and some of them are to reduce government regulation, good monetary and fiscal policies. The researcher recommended that multinational companies carry out extensive research, to respect the customs and culture of host countries and also to improve the living conditions of the host country. | en_US |
