dc.description.abstractThis report is an outcome of a research project assessing the level of satisfaction and performance of employees working with the multinational enterprises, case of UNICEF UGANDA. In order to attain this goal, stratified sampling and quantitative methods were used. A questionnaire was administered to collect views from 36 UNICEF employees. Data were presented in the form of tabular summaries. The study revealed that: The level of job satisfaction in UNICEF Uganda is high Factors enhancing job satisfaction in UNICEF Uganda are those controlled by management. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and performance these findings may help improve human resource management in UNICEF and similar organizations.en_US
