| dc.description.abstract | The study examined the effect of Personnel Decentralization on the performance of district local government in Bududa District Uganda. The study was guided by the following objectives (i) To assess the nature of personnel decentralization in Bududa district (ii) To examine the challenges of personnel decentralization in local government of Bududa District (iii) To establish the relationship between personnel decentralization on Local government performance in Bududa District.
