Abstract
Makerere University yesterday suspended nine students and issued warning letters to 26 other for alleged involvement in the ongoing strike and destruction of university property. The suspension came a day after university council had asked the university management to first recall four students who had been suspended to accord them a fair hearing in two weeks.
