| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to establish the impact of ICT on the supply chain management. The objectives of the study were to find out the ICT tools used in SCM at Mukwano, find out the impact of ICT on the SCM at Mukwano and the challenges brought by ICT in the SCM at Mukwano. The nature of the research was desc1iptive and analytical. This involved quantifying data, tabulating findings and understanding treatment of information on respectively. The sample size is composed of so respondents comprising of top management, casual laborers, logistics, finance and accountants, stores and other user depmtments. Data was obtained from the field using questionnaires m1d later analyzed using frequencies, con-elations mid percentages. The findings showed that orders mid deliveiies are most offered whereas there is less credit management. Levels of ICT tools shows that th<'.'se are less training. The impact of ICT on SCM has a strong passive relationship 0.95. The researcher recommends that ICT should be put in place in order to attain supply chain management. | en_US |
