dc.description.abstractThis research entitled “The Role of Financial Institutions in Promoting Women Entrepreneurs in Rwanda” Case study of COOPEDU was done to explore the initiatives and opportunities that assist women entrepreneurs to attain their desired goals and to analyse the challenges faced by them in the accessibility of financial services. The study tried to assess the effectiveness of COOPEDU services at individual, household and community level. The research objectives demanded the analysis of the key factors that motivate Rwandan women entrepreneurs in partnership with COOPEDU, to examine the obstacles faced by them in the accessibility of COOPEDU’ financial services, to find out the contribution of COOPEDU in promoting women entrepreneurs and to assess its effectiveness based on the findings.en_US
