This study was sought to ascertain a relationship between analysis of Juvenile and Justice System in Uganda. The study was based on three objectives, that is to establish the nature of Juvenile Justice System in Uganda, to identify the conditions of the detainee of Juvenile in Uganda and to find out the problems inherent in the administration system of Juvenile justice. The review of Literature indicated that although there are many scholars who have written about Juvenile Justice System, none of them mentioned the dearth of Juvenile courts and in addition to that there are often poor legal representations during prosecution leading to many children being kept in the custody with adults. The major tool of data collection was questionnaires and the study was both qualitative and quantitative. The researcher recommended that there is need for the governmental departments to establish remand homes and rehabilitation centers to monitor the children.en_US
