dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to assess the extent to which teachers’ qualification, teachers’ remuneration and Class size determine the quality in Rwanda’s Free Basic Education, particularly in Nyagatare District. The main objectives of the were to assess the relationship between teachers’ qualifications and quality of students in Rwanda’s Free Basic Education; to find out the relationship between teachers’ remuneration (PTA allowance) quality of learners in Rwanda’s Free Basic Education and to determine the relationship between the class size (Teacher pupils ratio) and quality of Learners in Rwanda’s Free Basic Education. | en_US |
