Abstract
This report discusses the justiciability of the right to food in Uganda. It is segmented into four chapters. The first presents the introduction and background of the right to food, problem statement, objectives of the study, research questions, and significance of the study and scope of the study. Chapter two reviews the justiciability of the right to food internationally and regionally. Chapter three presents the enforceability and/or justiciability of the right to food in Uganda in particular while the conclusions and recommendations are embedded under chapter four.
