dc.description.abstractThe study provided for a critical examination of the principles of state sovereignty and humanitarian intervention in international Jaw. It therefore expressed concern on examination of' the principle of stale sovereignty in International Law, examination the principle of humanitarian intervention in international law and establishment of whether the humanitarian intervention violates stale sovereignty. The study used a Doctrinal research method was used mainly from library upon which the researcher relied on secondary data from the selected libraries of Kampala International University, Makerere University, library of foreign relations to enrich the findings of the study. The information from these libraries was analyzed for instance legal thesis dissertations, government policies, journals, newspapers, text books and various International law articles which gave the researcher a foundation on data collected.en_US
