The study therefore recommended that;
a) students should be given chance to practice self-governance. This ensures willingness to cooperate among students. They should be allowed to participate in various committees to formulate rules and regulation, programs, actives with the school administrators and teachers.
b) Rules and regulation: these are usually departmental; draw principal staff They should be therefore human, clearly defined and nobody should intend to breach them and should be obeyed without hesitation. The value and relevancy of these rules should be explained well and teacher should not seem to be above the law and finally students should be trained in skills importing discipline and law in their counterparts.
