Abstract
The study aims at carrying out investigation and to come up with suitable facts. These will be used to validate the causes of high enrolment, and its possible effects on the academic performance. The researcher will also opt to use these findings to solve challenges and problem and generate new knowledge that can be used now and in the future. At the acquisition of the raw data, the researcher will analyze, determine and Existing consequences notably. Termly exam performance and participation, age bracket, environmental and individual differences among other variables will be validated. The latter design investigates and describes the roll, the number promoted, repeated, dropouts, transferred, incoming, and form one entries in 2007 in the classes in each of the three piloted zonal schools. It also investigates and confirms the home bulk variables like parental, education, parental encouragement, availability of education materials, number of siblings; and school context variables like school environment, quality of teachers.
