Abstract
This study was specifically designed and conducted to find out the relationship between educational resources and teachers' productivity. The study was guided by four specific_ objectives which include' determining the profile of the respondents, determining the level of educational resources, determining the level of teachers' productivity and to find the relationship between the level of educational resources and the level of teachers' productivity. The study used correlational survey research design and expos factor, with a sample of 136 respondents who were secondary school students. The study found out that the level of educational resources in Bahati Division is generally fair in terms of human, material and physical resources. The study also found out that the level of teachers' productivity measured in terms of students' academic achievement is low. The study further found out that there is a strong positive relationship between educational resources and teachers' productivity. The study recommended that the government should avail the crucial resources needed for educational purposes so as to mitigate the dismal teacher productivity.
