Abstract
The main purpose of this study was establish whether electronic payment system influences service delivery in banking institutions in Rwanda with reference to the case study of Kenya Commercial Bank(KCB)-Rwanda. And specific objectives were; 1) to establish whether the e-payment has influenced service delivery in banking institutions in Rwanda, 2) to examine the extent by which e-payment system has influenced service delivery in banking institutions in Rwanda and 3) to establish if there are challenges associated with e-payment system in banking institution in Rwanda.
