Abstract
Makerere University students leaders have attributed the recent crisis at the institution to the irregular process in which 15% tuition policy increment was adopted and implemented by the university council. On Monday, while appearing to the Parliamentary Committee on Education, the student leaders told legislators that the policy did not follow the due process before adoption and implementation.
