dc.description.abstractThis study investigated enhancing relations between military and civil corporate society in Burkina Faso: A case study of “Regiment du Genie Militaire Company” in Ouagadougou. Objectives of the study: To determine how Human Capital can impact Military-Civil Relations in the Corporate Society in enhancing productivity of “Regiment du Genie Militaire”. To determine how Social Capital can impact Military-Civil Relations in the Corporate Society in enhancing productivity of “Regiment du Genie Militaire”. And to determine whether there is a significant relationship between complex problem solving and Human and Social Capital in productivity. The methodology of the study: A case study research design was conducted to capture qualitative and quantitative data. The research population was 81 subjects which were included in the study. The sample size of 67 general respondents participated in the study. The main instruments for data collection included questionnaires and oral interviews. The research employed both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the data collected. Major Findings were: human capital has direct effects on productivity, people with more and deeper skill levels had higher productivity than people with less human capital. While social capital had direct effects on productivity than people with less social capital. And there was a significant relationship between complex problem solving and human and social capital in productivity in “Regiment du Genie Militaire”. Conclusions and recommendations were made to boost the company.en_US
