Abstract
Study was carried out in Kampala based on micro-finance bank in Uganda, to analyze how Is compute their systems by implementing the loan performer software to improve on the performance of the small scale Enterprises in Uganda. Thus according to the (highway Africa new agency) Uganda has louched government project to fight poverty which is also I n relation to MFIs activities, The project is known as “Bonna bagaggawale” which means “lets all be rich” an d to boost this rural financial scheme, government has introduced software known as “loan performer” to ease the rural accounting system (Hans Verkoijen the executive director of crystal clear software 1998) to improve on SSEs performance in Uganda
