While refugees impose a variety of security, economic and environmental burdens on host countries, they also embody a significant flow of resources in the form of international humanitarian assistance, economic assets and human Capital. The sample size was determined by use of Morgan & Krejcie (1970) and the sample size of 91 respondents were selected and distributed. The study findings indicated that at Mean=2.58, SD1.13) portrayed the origin of conflict between the refugees and the Uganda host communities in Nakivale Refugee Camp for instance there has been a rise in local insecurity and crime.
