dc.description.abstractThis research paper consists of the critical analysis of applicability of Article 4 of the 1995 constitution of the Republic of UGANDA. The First chapter defines and makes an analysis of the problem, its background, the coverage of the study, methodology along with the statement of the problem, objective of the study Hypothesis, significance of study, and with the review of the related Literature of the study at hand. Chapter Two covers the Historical Review of the awareness of the constitution as provided for and Non- Intervention of the constitution. It puts forward the concept of Non Intervention, constitutional limitation on intervention colonial Uganda Post-Colonial. And UGANDA Today [NRM REGIME]. The Third chapter discusses the issue of applicability of ARTICLE 4 of the 1995 constitution with the notion of an awareness, limitation of awareness, challenges of applicability, Human rights violation due to unawareness. Chapter Four discusses the enforcement of Article 4 of the constitution laying down the background of Article 4(1) and (2) of the constitution, enforcement s by NGO'S, Enforcement by citizens and stake holders and finally Enforcement by the government. Chapter Five discusses the Observation, recommendation and conclusions in respect to the problem illuminated in the work.en_US
