dc.description.abstractThe study was guided by the following research questions, the first question is what is the extent of reward management system and level of work performance of employee, and the second question is what is the relationship between the extent of reward management and the level of work performance and the third is what are the methods of performance rating applied in rewarding of employees of selected telecommunication companies in Mogadishu, Somalia~ The study was conducted through descriptive survey and correlation research design, quantitative approach with a questionnaire and includes 114 respondents from selected telecommunication companies in Mogadishu Somalia. The study utilized descriptive statistics frequencies and percentages, tables were used in the presentation of data. And also Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was applied to test correlation between reward management system and employee work performance. The researcher found that the reward management system and employee work performance in selected telecommunication companies are significantly correlated. Regarding the reward management system and the level of work, methods applied was some extent good as indicated the mean index and standard deviation.en_US
