dc.description.abstract | This study sought to establish the participatory planning and performance of local government in Katakwi Sub County, Katakwi district. The study was driven by three objectives there were to establish the different participations among employee at Katakwi sub county. The findings revealed that there existed a positive relationship between the variables of study are conceptualized and that local government performance local generally been fairly satisfactory. Therefore local government performs poorly due to poor tax base, and revenue collection. | en_US |
