    Rewards and Employee Job Satisfaction in Organisations. A Case Study of Crest Foam Uganda Limited.

    This study was unde1iaken to establish the impacts of rewards on employee job satisfaction in organizations with specific reference to Crest Foam Uganda Limited. The researcher stated the background of the study, problem of the study, and then formulated research questions with the objectives of; establishing the relationship between rewards and employee job satisfaction, establishing the impacts of rewards on employee job satisfaction and to examine different reward systems used in organizations. In chapter two, the researcher reviewed related literature from text books, journals and internet on rewards and employee job satisfaction, the impacts of rewards on employee job satisfaction and different reward systems used by organizations to compensate their employees for their contributions to the organization. Chapter three focused on methodology through which data would be collected. The researcher identified data collection methods and instruments, data processing and analysis techniques. A sample of respondents was considered to whom interviews and questionnaires were administered In chapter four, the researcher presented and discussed research findings as per the responses of the respondent to the interviews and questimmaires. This was carried out using frequencies, tables, percentages, bar graphs and pie chmis. Chapter five focused on the discussion of the findings, recommendations and conclusions in relation to the purpose and objectives of the study. From the findings a positive relationship between rewards and employee job satisfaction was revealed. The researcher summarized my findings, made conclusions and the resemcher also gave my recommendations based on the findings of the study.
